**Role: Customer Service Representative (Reservation)**
- Language: Japanese
- Start Date: 5th July & 6th Sep
- Location: Kuala Lumpur
- Salary: RM 6000 to RM 7000
- Language Allowance: RM 1500
- KPI Bonus: Up to 16%
- Education: Fresh Graduates welcome
- Experience: Preferred, not mandatory
- Shift: 07:00am to 10:30 pm (Shift based)
- Assist customers with reservation inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service in Japanese
- Manage bookings and resolve issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets
- Handle shift-based work schedule effectively
