Project Management Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives;
- Support the planning and delivery of events, where required, including coordination of logistics, stakeholder communications, and on-site execution;
- Facilitate project initiation, planning, execution, and closure, maintaining accountability throughout;
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management strategies — in collaboration with key stakeholders;
- Foster productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to enable effective collaboration and seamless project execution through consistent communication, transparency, and responsiveness;
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-mortem reviews, to drive accountability and promote transparency;
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on budget status, variances, and financial forecasts;
- Identify and assess project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to senior management as necessary to ensure timely resolution.;
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and proactively identify opportunities to optimise processes, improve efficiency, and enhance project outcomes;
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team;
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to the relevant project lead on project status, key metrics, risks, and issues, and provide recommendations for course corrections as needed; and
- Carry out any other tasks as may be agreed upon from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field would be preferred;
- Experience in project management or related roles, with the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation;
- Strong desire to learn and develop professionally, with a hunger to constantly improve skills and knowledge;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically, anticipate issues, and develop effective solutions;
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a deadline-driven environment;
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and accountability, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding customer expectations;
- Experience in event management is a strong plus - particularly in logistics coordination, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and ensuring smooth delivery.
