**Your Role**
As a _**Business Development Manager**_, you will play a pivotal role in our sales department, fostering robust relationships with existing clients and driving business growth. Your responsibilities include:
- **Supporting Sales**: Provide comprehensive product explanations and information to bolster the sales team.
- **Innovative Strategies**: Develop creative strategies to expand business with existing accounts.
- **Proven Track Record**: Demonstrate a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- **Specification Accuracy**: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product specifications.
- **Effective Communication**: Communicate changes to specifications with precision to both internal and external stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly create accurate and consistent specifications.
- **Primary Point of Contact**: Serve as the primary contact for all specification needs and lead early management activities.
- **Exemplary Standards**: Uphold the highest standards in completing specifications.
- **Sales Achievement**: Drive the attainment of team and individual sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- To excel in this role, you should have:

- **Industry Experience**: Substantial experience in business and product development, particularly in the insulation or construction industry.
- **Sales Expertise**: Proven experience in local and export sales and market development.
- **Sales Track Record**: A minimum track record of 4 years in sales within the construction or manufacturing sector.
- **Relationship Building**: The ability to identify new customer projects and establish long-lasting, positive customer relationships.
- **Educational Background**: A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
