**Purchasing Admin Support**

Vendor & Item Management Coordination

Manage vendor registration, database updates, and item codes.

Maintain quotation, invoice, and Bill of Materials (BOM) records.

Prepare stock calendars, track stock levels, and raise purchase orders for non-trade items.

Coordinate with suppliers on holiday closures and support online sales delivery arrangements.

Cross-Departmental Coordination

Provide system-related support to Finance and follow up on payment matters.

Work with Marketing on design requirements.

Support ad-hoc operational needs such as catering events.

**Marketing Admin Support**

Manage marketing documentation, filing systems, and contract records.

Maintain reports and trackers for campaign costs, budgets, and performance.

Provide internal communication support, including memos, meeting notes, and coordination with other departments.

Oversee inventory of marketing materials and assets (vouchers, collaterals, barcodes, stickers).

Support general administrative tasks such as updating calendars, contact lists, printing, courier, and data entry.

Responsibilities include managing customer orders and preparing shipments received through TikTok and Shopee platforms.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
