**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented **Accounts Executive** to manage the accounting functions and provide administrative support for our growing business. This role handles financial transactions, prepare reports, reconcile sales data, manage accounts for multiple entities and assist in inventory and operational coordination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle full set accounts for multiple companies, including preparation of financial statements and monthly reports to ensure payments are up-to-date and accurately reflected.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income, expenses, and e-commerce transactions.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including billing, collections, and payment processing.
- Prepare Payment Vouchers (PV), Creditor Statements (CS), Cashbook entries, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Verify and input daily outlet sales reports, ensuring alignment with bank-in slips, credit card slips, and payment platforms.
- Assist in stock updates and periodic reconciliation with sales records.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma qualification or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in retail-related industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as AutoCount.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Type**: 5 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)
