**Work Location**:Metrio Group (26, Jalan Perniagaan Vorteks 3, 14100 Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang)
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Rest 1 hour 12.30PM - 1.30PM)
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or person-in-charge.
- Greet and attend to visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing courier arrangements.
- Support in designing simple posters or materials for company events.
- Support event arrangement.
- Assist with filing and document management.
- Support on staff attendance and leave records checking.
- Support on interview arrangement.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields is an added advantage.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, Google Form and Outlook.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay (spoken and written).
- Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented mind-set.
- Responsible, well-groomed, and able to handle multiple tasks with efficiency.
