**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and reduce the risk of equipment failure.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on production machinery.
- Conduct inspections on machines to identify any potential issues before they lead to failures or breakdowns.
- Respond to machine breakdowns and perform timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Install and set up new machinery, ensuring proper operation and safety standards are met.
- Ensure all machines are compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, including parts used, repairs performed, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Calibrate machinery and equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements or upgrades as necessary.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure machine downtime is minimized and that machines are operating efficiently.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and ensure that the necessary components are available for quick repairs.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machine tools, including lathes, grinders, and CNC machines (if applicable).
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and efficiency of machinery.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with CNC machines, production equipment, and automated machinery (preferred).
- Proficient in using maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and manuals to troubleshoot and repair machines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and take initiative.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with other departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures related to machine maintenance.
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call when necessary.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, particularly with automated machinery.
- Certification in relevant maintenance fields (e.g., electrical, mechanical).
- Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
