**Job Summary**

Our client is a leading company in Malaysia’s security and cash management industry and is hiring a **Regional Finance Executive**to support their growing regional operations. This position is vital in ensuring sound financial management, compliance with accounting principles, and accurate financial reporting across assigned branches nationwide.

**Key Role & Responsibilities**
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Assist in cost accounting activities, including classification and analysis of financial data.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly reports and financial statements for management.
- Manage petty cash transactions, ensure accuracy in branch-level financial records, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide guidance to junior accounting staff and clerks where applicable.
- Communicate with external parties such as vendors and suppliers to resolve financial queries.
- Support long-range financial forecasting, budgeting, and capital expenditure analysis.
- Travel to regional offices when required to assist or oversee local financial operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- Minimum of **3 years’ experience**in accounting and finance, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous with high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own transportation (Car / Motorbike)
- Must be willing and able to travel frequently.
- Proficiency in English language in both spoken and written is required.

**Work Arrangements**
- **Working Days**:Monday to Friday
- **Working Hours**:8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- **Work Mode**:Fully on-site (no remote & no hybrid work)

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Monthly Salary Range**:RM2,800 - RM4,000 (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
- **Annual Leave**:Minimum 14 days
