Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
- Prepare monthly payroll and check staff's attendance and update leave record
- Arrange internal & external training when needed
**Job Requirement**
- Able to work independent and efficiency
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Immediate can report duty is preferred
Office working hours (HQ):
- 8.30am-5.00pm (Monday - Friday)
8.30am-1.00pm (Saturday)
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Clerk: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
