Steward (Tukang Cuci)

**Job Summary**

Ensures that all soiled cutlery, crockery, silverware and kitchen equipment is cleaned.

**Specific of the Job**

1. Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchens and its equipment and surrounds.

2. Sweep, mop, and scrubs kitchen floors. Cleans drains when necessary.

3. Prepare cutlery, crockery and other kitchen equipment for banquets.

4. Clean soiled cutlery, crockery and other kitchen equipment.

5. Ensure that proper safety and cleaning procedures are followed.

6. Store cutlery, crockery and equipment after usage.

7. Keep record of breakages and chipped crockery.

8. Dispose food waste or litter
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Chief Steward_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
