PMO Director

**About Us**

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and visionary **PMO Director** to lead our Project Management Office and drive strategic initiatives across the company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to support strategic business objectives.
- Report directly to the Executive Committee (Exco) on project statuses, risks, and overall portfolio health.
- Develop and implement PMO strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Oversee a diverse project portfolio to ensure prioritization, resource allocation, and alignment with business strategy.
- Define and enforce project governance frameworks, including approval processes, reporting structures, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers and PMO staff.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide clear, data-driven updates on project performance and outcomes.
- Develop and track KPIs for project success and PMO effectiveness.
- Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage resource planning and capacity building within the PMO.
- Facilitate training to enhance project management capabilities across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a PMO.
- Proven experience engaging directly with C-level executives to provide critical project insights, align priorities, and drive strategic decisions.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
