**Position**:
HSE Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources.
- Leading a team of ESH staff in best practices for the Company.
- Represent the Company on ESH matters with clients, customers and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation of environmental, safety & health (ESH) practices to ensure alignment to Company's ESH policies and standards
- Manage regular occupational safety, health and environment inspections; and implement appropriate corrective actions to ensure potential safety issues and environmental incidences are eliminated.
- To carry out accident investigation and prepare written report(s) with recommendations and action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation and closure or eventual correction and prevention of incidents and accidents.
- Ensure that company operations comply with all applicable statutory codes, legislation and other legal requirements including interpretation of regulatory requirements.
- Lead initiatives to ensure workplace conditions which affect health and safety of employees are corrected or mitigated with control procedures.
- Ensure regular and continuous education of employees on relevant environmental, safety & health (ESH) policies, procedures, and activities to ensure consistent implementation.
- Participating in hazard identification evaluations, effectively communicating and enforcing hazard control requirements.
- Managing the timely reporting of all injuries, near misses, property and/or environmental damage incidents.
- Providing management with analyzed trends and statistics on all ESH matters.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Environmental/ Safety/Health) / NIOSH Certificate / equivalent.
- Must possess valid Green Book certification and registered with DOSH (JKKP).
- Minimum 5 years of HSE work experience under Manufacturing/Construction industry
- Trained in safety Risk Management methodology.
- Sound knowledge of safety hazard analysis and local HSE regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
- Proven leadership & organisational skills.
