- ncrease in responsibilities with competency level and technical expertise acquired through professional experience on the job according to targeted role.

- etail knowledge of assigned area to understand related functional areas in Frontend or Backend Production area.

- nows supplier / customer process in assigned area and how performance affects success of the business.

- ndirect supervisory responsibilities such as team lead (project based) and training / guidance of new technician
R
- ecommend solutions to moderate problems with information
C
- ommunication skills to include documentation, presentation, team contribution, and training of technician.
P
- erforms all tasks and responsibilities of Entry Level Engineer.
K
- nowledge of performance that directly impacts own functional area with prescribed parameters and an indirect impact on related areas
C
- ontribution to continuous improvement programs via initiating & executing projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency, OEE in term of Speed, Cost & Quality

Y
ou are best equipped for this task if you have:
B
- achelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronic or others Engineering field with minimum CGPA 3.0
G
- ood understanding of principles and concepts in own technical area based on extensive training
U
- nderstanding of how own work team integrates within the corresponding function.
A
bility to provide on-the-job training to more junior colleagues to be developed.
