**The Role**:

- Provide sales support to corporate policy holders and intermediaries in non-MBS business portfolio
- Provide smooth handling of insurance schemes assigned
- Perform daily BAU assign tasks and complete within turnaround time
- Respond and revert to incoming request within turnaround time
- Provide good sales support service as part of sales target contribution
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new enhanced features and new products
- Perform ad-hoc functions as and when delegated by the Management
- Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
- Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
- Other responsibilities entailed

**The Person**:

- Possess tertiary qualification in Business, Administrative, Finance, Economics or Insurance
- Has 1 - 2 years of working experience in life insurance industry
- Good communication skill
- Relevant computer skill
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
