**Job description**

**EXPERIENCES & REQUIREMENTS**

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance

2. Min 3 years working experience + 1 year’s auditing experience

3. An eagle eye for details & deadline oriented

4. Strong commercial Acumen & Strong Client Focus

5. Teamwork & Collaboration (Operations, Sales, Customer Service)

6. Must be very reliable & trustworthy.

7. Must be able to prepare financial statements for planning, budgeting decision making, to reduce cost & increase profit

8. Must know how to present financial statements well during month end meeting

**TREASURY**

1. Up keep of cash flow

2. Update on all incoming & outgoing payment

3. Bank reconciliation

4. Banking matters

5. Collection & Bad Debts Recovery

6. Loan Application & Ad Hoc Managing Director requests

**ACCOUNTING & AUDITING**

7. Month end closing (Accounts Receivable/Payable/GL)

8. Month end presentation of accounts

9. Year-end Submission of Financial Statements to Auditors

10. Liaison with auditors on all audit matters

**SECRETARIAL & STATUTORY**

11. Maintain all company secretarial documentation

12. Liaison with Statutory Board ( if the need arises)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- MALAY (preferred)
- English (preferred)
