**Job Title: Social Media Content Creator - Lotta Animation**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation and Editing**:

- Develop visually compelling content for social media platforms, focusing on animation-related content.
- Utilize advanced video editing skills to enhance the quality and impact of videos, ensuring alignment with the company's creative vision.

**YouTube Channel Management**:

- Manage and curate content for the company's YouTube channel, implementing strategies to grow subscribers and enhance viewer engagement.
- Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for YouTube content, including storyboarding and scripting.

**Creative Ideation and Storyboarding**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for social media campaigns and video content.
- Create storyboards and conceptualize ideas to ensure a cohesive and compelling narrative.

**Social Media Strategy**:

- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive social media content strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Implement creative campaigns to boost brand awareness and maximize impressions.

**Independent Work and Accuracy**:

- Work independently to meet project deadlines, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Execute tasks in an efficient and accurate manner to maintain the quality of the content produced.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in content writing, video editing, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut and etc.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their utilization for brand awareness and impressions.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing collaboratively to a creative team.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Fresh graduate and Internship are welcome to apply.

**Additional Skills (Bonus)**:

- Previous experience managing and growing YouTube channels and others social media platform.
- Proficiency in animation tools and software.
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimization for YouTube.
- Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog and Vietnamese.
