For over 48 years, HART Health has been a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial first aid products and immediate care medical supplies. HART Health is seeking a Business Development Representative with 5-7 years B2B sales experience with a proven track record in a high activity driven sales model. The Business Development Representative will focus on new business for our HART distributor (reseller) channel. HART brand first aid products are of the highest quality with special attention given to every detail of production including functionality, appearance, packaging, and labeling.

If you are a self-driven results oriented individual and have a clear focus on producing high quality sustainable business results, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities Include The Following

Utilizing the techniques of our sales process (The Wedge) to prospect and close new distributor accounts that meet our parameters

Meeting new account objectives both in sales dollars and number of new accounts

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree

5 - 7 years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record in a high activity driven sales model.

Prefers hunting for new business vs. account management

Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy

An entrepreneurial spirit

Enjoy and excel at planning and executing daily responsibilities with mínimal supervision

Excellent at building rapport, trust and confidence with prospects with ability to influence behavior
