Our client, a fast-growing renovation and flooring specialist start-up, is seeking a **Sales Executive**to manage customer engagement and end-to-end sales of flooring solutions. **Job Overview**:
As a **Sales Executive**, you will play a key role in assisting customers with selecting the right flooring products for their needs. From initial consultation to final project delivery, you’ll guide clients through the selection process, provide quotations, coordinate installations, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities (Occasional site visits required)**:

- Engage walk-in customers, online leads, and referrals to assess flooring requirements
- Recommend suitable materials such as vinyl, SPC, tiles, timber, and laminate based on style, budget, and usage
- Explain product features, benefits, maintenance needs, and installation expectations
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to support decision-making and sales closure
- Coordinate with the installation/operations team and keep clients informed on project timelines
- Ensure customer satisfaction from initial engagement through post-installation
- Support showroom tidiness, stock/sample updates, and promotional campaigns
- Represent the company at home expos or sales events when required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **1-3 years of sales experience** in flooring, interior, renovation, or home improvement industries preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in **English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin** **(required to serve Mandarin-speaking customers)**:

- Interest in flooring products, materials, and design trends (training will be provided)
- Proactive and independent, with a customer-first mindset
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for site visits or meetings

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
