**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook Western-style dishes, including pastas, steaks, burgers, roasts, salads, and sauces according to the menu.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in line with the restaurant's quality and consistency standards.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation practices at all times.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and assist in ordering and stocking ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff and assist in training junior cooks as needed.
- Ensure timely food preparation during service hours.
- Adjust recipes to accommodate customer allergies or dietary restrictions when required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Cook or Chef with a focus on Western cuisine.
- Culinary diploma or relevant certification is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Creativity in menu planning or food presentation.
- Knowledge of various Western cooking methods (grilling, baking, pan-frying, etc.).
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,229.00 per month
