**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement digital communication strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage social media channels, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
- Coordinate influencer and brand ambassador collaborations to amplify brand presence.
- Support the execution of paid digital campaigns across social media and search engines.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
- Assist in crisis communication management and online reputation monitoring.
- Track and report on KPIs related to engagement, reach, and conversion.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital communications, social media management, or digital marketing within a retail or consumer-facing industry.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns.
- Experience working with influencers and brand partnerships is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
