**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure AP day-to-day activities are processed in a timely manner.
- Working with bookkeeping software for month-end closing
- Supporting the Finance Team in collaborating with other functional teams within the organization
- Prepare bank reconciliation and fund request on weekly basis
- Prepare and ensure timely payment for suppliers’ invoice
- Process employee expense reports, including verification of receipts and coding.
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
- Assists in SST and income tax submission, audit schedule and statutory reporting submission.
- Taking on ad hoc tasks or projects to enhance knowledge on accounting, tax compliances and operations in different countries

**Requirements**:

- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, MICPA, CPA Australia) or Degree in Accounting
- 1-2 years working experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with eagerness to learn
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia
