Prepare and submit any tender as and when required
- Taking off, preparing tender document and calling tender if required
- Oversee preparation of bills of quantities and other related tender documentation
- Conducting accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs
- Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor tender and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality
- Liaison with other department such as the project and purchasing on work related matters
- Plan and manage project budget ensuring margins are protected and optimized
- Organize and planning for the tender award process. E.g. Issuance approved tenderer list, issuance of approved Tender Award schedule, etc.
- Prepare and issue Letter of Award for Sub-Contract works
- Work with Procurement Executive for sourcing of materials, conduct cost comparison and price analysis, ordering and purchasing of materials
- Conduct site valuation and work with the Architect/SO for issuance of interim certificates to Contractors
- Process all payment certificates to Sub Contractors
- To prepare overall project budget and monitor construction cost and variation order are managed within budget
- Prepare final accounts within the required time frame
- Attend project site meetings, internal meetings and any other meetings as and when required
- Other duties to be performed as and when required

**Minimum Education & Experience**
- Degree/ Diploma or equivalent in Quantity Surveying / Building or suitably recognized field that is applicable.
- 3-5 years working experience in related field.

**Skills & Knowledge Required**
- Well verse with the use of Microsoft Excel, Words, Autocad, etc.
- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the ID contractor industry.
- Good knowledge of construction cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement processes.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be a team player, proactive and systematic in your approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
