**Content Planner (Remote, Full-Time)**

Are you passionate about crafting content that stands out in a crowded digital space? Superminted is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented _Content Planner_ to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, keeps an eye on the latest trends, and thrives on bringing creative ideas to life.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist in developing and managing monthly content calendars that align with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Write engaging copy for social media posts, blogs, eDMs, and marketing materials while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Research industry trends, tools, and opportunities to contribute fresh, innovative ideas for content strategies.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns, including publishing posts and coordinating assets with designers and other teams.
- Monitor and document engagement metrics, analyze data, and prepare insights to refine content strategies.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in social media or content marketing (internships count).
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail.
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with an international team and clients.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
- Proficiency with tools like Canva and Capcut; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a bonus.
- A keen eye for good design and engaging content.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
