**QAC Inspector | Basic up to RM 4,500 | 5.5 days | Iskandar Puteri, Johor**

**Position: QAC Inspector**

**Company Background: Data Center Supply Chain Solution Company**

**Working Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor**

**Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-6pm; Sat 9am-1pm**

**Salary Range: Basic MYR3,000 - MYR4,500**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Perform final inspection of finished products in accordance with operating procedures and inspection standards.

2. Conduct sampling inspections based on established methods to ensure only qualified products are stored or shipped.

3. Issue Factory Inspection Reports and maintain accurate quality records.

4. Develop inspection schedules based on shipment and production plans.

5. Affix inspection seals on passed products and coordinate with production and warehouse teams.

6. Label unqualified products and issue Unqualified Product Handling Reports, notifying the Quality Engineer for confirmation.

7. Identify and classify non-conforming products and batches, and oversee the rework process.

8. Conduct re-inspections of reworked items to ensure compliance with quality standards.

9. Compile and analyze inspection data, reporting findings to the Quality Section Head.

10. Organize and maintain finished product inspection documentation and records.

11. Ensure safekeeping, daily maintenance, and spot checks of all QA instruments and equipment.

12. Maintain 5S and overall cleanliness and organization of the inspection area.

**Job requirement**

1. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

2. At least 3 years of experience in finished product inspection or a similar quality control role.

3. Basic proficiency in image/defect identification, use of common measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers), and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).

4. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

5. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin; working knowledge of Mandarin and Malay is preferred to communicate with multilingual teams and vendors.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
