A quality control inspector examines product quality and filters defects or deviations from industry specifications.

Here are the fundamental duties of a quality control inspector:

- Read and understand specifications of company products.
- Recommend changes in the assembly or process
- Monitor operations to ensure their alignment with production standards
- Inspect, test, and measure new products
- Reject or accept finalized items
- Remove the products that do not meet desired specifications
- Report inspection results and test data
- Assist in inspecting raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for quality compliance.
- Conduct physical, chemical, or visual checks based on product specifications.
- Monitor and record production parameters such as temperature, weight, packaging, etc.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and GMP compliance in the production area.
- Assist in documenting QC results and updating relevant records.
- Report any quality deviations or non-conformities to the QC Executive/Manager.
- Assist in investigations and corrective action follow-ups when required.
- Ensure equipment used for testing is clean, calibrated, and properly maintained.
- Follow safety and food safety procedures at all times.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
