Job Title: Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant

About Us: Dextro Telos is a leading contractor specializing in soundproofing and acoustic solutions. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational tasks. Job Responsibilities: Basic Bookkeeping & Filing: Maintain financial records, invoices, and receipts. Worker Timesheet Calculation: Track and compute employee working hours. Claims Processing: Handle staff claims, reimbursements, and documentation. Worker Job Scheduling: Assist in assigning and coordinating daily tasks for workers. Logistics Support: Help arrange deliveries, equipment, and site-related logistics. General Admin Tasks: Data entry, document preparation, and office organization. Other Duties: Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required by management. Requirements: Minimum Secondary School (SPM) qualification. Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel & Office (Word, Outlook). Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Trustworthy, punctual, and willing to learn. No prior experience required (training will be provided). Benefits: EPF & SOCSO contributions. Medical allowance (RM 500/year). Company phone provided for work use. Parking provided at the office. Friendly and supportive work environment.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
