**Job Title**: HVAC Supervisor
**Job Location**: Bintulu, Sarawak
**Qualification**
- Possess Certification for Service Technician Programme (CSTP) of Refrigerant & Air Conditioning Sector (RACS).
- Possess a recognized Diploma in HVAC or Mechanical discipline with minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas HVAC maintenance.
OR
Possess a recognized Certificate in HVAC Engineering or equivalent Engineering discipline with minimum 7 years’ experience in Oil & Gas HVAC maintenance.
**The proposed personnel shall**:
- Have knowledge & experience:
a. regarding troubleshooting & root cause analysis of HVAC issues.
b. regarding system automation i.e., operating PLC, interlocking of system (e.g. during startup sequence), feedback system etc.
c. ducting system (insulation, dampers, duct heater etc.).
d. to perform PPM/CM works correctly & completely for ACCU, AHU, dampers, PRF, motor, compressors, duct heaters, transmitters, pressure switches etc.
e. regarding room pressurization system, requirement, positive pressure.
f. regarding lifting plan, rigging & slinging, manual handling.
g. in installation and removal of HVAC unit, component, ducting, instrumentation, etc.
h. in testing and commissioning HVAC system.
- Able to demonstrate leadership skills.
- Understands & able to explain refrigerant cycle, phases & pressure.
- Understands chilled water system operation & maintenance.
- Able to demonstrate correct work procedures (e.g. refrigerant charging, brazing, filter drier change out, purging, leak test, vacuuming, compressor oil changeout, greasing, continuity check, IR check/meggar etc.).
- Understanding of superheat & subcooling, how to measure it & its effect to system.
- Knows function of various HVAC accessories, including switches, transmitters etc.
- Able to read & understand (offshore and/or onshore) working system (PTW etc.), HSE requirements etc.
- Familiar with oil & gas (offshore and/or onshore) working system.
- Able to lead the team to indicate the issue, overall site situation, and propose recommendation.
- Reporting write up to immediate head.
- Material planning and manpower coordination.
- Attend basic fire watcher & working at height training, upon award.
- Able to visualize how the work to be perform in ALARP.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
