M&e Technician

To manage & supervise all M&E installation on site.
- Ensure daily operation & maintenance standard is adhered.
- To perform preventive maintenance accordance to schedule.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairing of M&E equipments.
- To assist in laising with contractor and monitor defect rectification work.
- Familiar with LV switchgears, electrical installation system, fire protection system,lift / security system and M&E equipments.
- To prepare and submit reports.

**Job Qualification**
- Must possess at least Certificate/ Diploma/ Advance Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in **building / property/ M&E system maintenance** is preferable.
- With experiences in supervision of building rectification work, property handover.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision with sense of responsibility and urgency
- Hands on skills in electrical and mechanical
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good communication, coordination skill with contractors/ workers.
- Computer literacy (basic) is require.
- Able to work on Saturday 1/2 day.
