Key Responsibilities:
✔Manage chemical compounding processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.

✔Monitor and control chemical inventory and supplies.

✔ Ensure all materials are prepared according to formulations and ISO standards.

✔Supervise and guide compounding staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs.

✔Solve production and chemical-related issues in a timely manner.

✔Ensure equipment maintenance, 5S practices, and safety regulations are followed.

✔Collaborate with different departments to optimize processes.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical compounding or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Klang (Klang): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
