- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- Proven ability to lead teams and take ownership of outlet performance and staffing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage frontline staff effectively.
- Strong track record of success within prior experience in a sales role
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to travel regularly between outlets.
