**Your new role**

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for both compensation and benefits and performance management framework. You will contribute to the growth of the business through building up C&B and performance management structure. The ability to communicate with the business and key stakeholders is vital.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role using your knowledge and experience to design and implement C&B and performance management structure.
- The ability to liaise with stakeholders within the organisation.
- Strong experience building up the C&B framework from scratch.
