**Job Title**: Graphic Designer - Sublimation T-Shirt Printing

**Location**: Ampang Waterfront, Selangor

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: RM2000.00 - RM3,000.00

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design high-quality sublimation t-shirts, jerseys, and apparel based on client requests and design briefs
- Prepare print-ready artwork in correct sizing, resolution, and color formats for sublimation printing
- Collaborate with the production and sales team to ensure design accuracy and feasibility for printing
- Propose design concepts and templates for marketing, promotions, and social media use
- Stay updated with the latest design trends in apparel and fashion
- Maintain organized records of design files and versions

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent design software
- Minimum 1 year experience in apparel design or printing (sublimation experience preferred)
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Creative flair with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with print setup, color profiles, bleed, and resolution standards
- Team player with good communication skills

**Bonus Skills (Optional but Preferred)**:

- Experience in mockup rendering and apparel template layout
- Ability to create original artwork or illustrations
- Basic knowledge of printing machines and materials
