**The Role**:
To provide high-level administrative and business support to the CEO.
- Effective management of CEO's calendar and projects
- Ensure proper communication between CEO's office with other stakeholders.
- Efficient administration of the CEO's office including preparing proposals, reports, and presentations.
**Requirements**:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Resourceful and proactive
- Good organisational and planning skills
