REQUIREMENTS

**BUSINESS OBJECTIVES**
**1. Allocation of crew flight and ground training activities in a compliant fashion on published roster.**
**2. Liaison with training service and facility providers to secure necessary slots in an optimum fashion on day to day basis.**
**3. Adequate and even distribution of the resources to ensure uniform balancing.**
**4. Highlight resourcing constraints and proactive strategizing to address post publication.**
**5. Conform to individual crew qualification requirements and control of crew profiles within AIMS.**
**6. Ensure transparent management of crew resource and rosters post publication.**

**PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
**1. Work within a team responsible for the crew training disruption.**
**2. Allocate training resources and activities in line and within OM-D requirements on a daily basis**
**to ensure optimal distribution and availability of flying crew to cover the operations.**
**3. Escalate resourcing issues ahead of time to allow for adequate response across the business.**
**4. Secure and manage bookings of internal and external training resources including manpower, facilities, simulators, etc. considering daily operations.**
**5. Ensure crew remain qualified without loss of productivity through any form of qualification on conformity.**
**6. Continuously track crew compliance to ensure a full audit trail and corrective action where necessary.**
**8. Ensure the plan released by the training planning team is executed by mitigating all the disruptions encountered on a day to day basis.**

**Requirements**:
**Desired Skills & Experience**:
**1. A minimum of One year of experience in the aviation industry.**

**a) Familiarity with AIMS software will be an advantage.**

**b) Experience in the operations department will be an advantage.**

**c) Knowledge of Crew flight and duty time limitations is preferable.**

**2. Proficient in the English language( written and oral).**

**3. High school education cleared or higher (High level of Maths proficiency preferred).**

**4. Good knowledge of Google suites(Google Sheets especially).**

**5. Must be willing to work in shifts.**

**6. Positive attitude with a team spirit is important.**
