Details: Age: 23-35 2 shift time Work station: BOOTH JOMEI AEON MANJUNG / JOMEI LOTUS MANJUNG Skill Required: Customer & children-oriented approach. Outgoing and friendly personality to parents & children. Have interest and experience in offline business (Prioritized). Skilled in making offline sales. Proficient in consulting, communicating and handling customers/parents & children. Main Roles and Responsibilities: Greeting customers/parents as they enter the store. Be a consultant and give advice to customer/parents. Attract customer to try our product & service. Setting up and maintaining a demonstration area, such as a table, stand, or booth at various events. Keeping the demonstration area tidy and well stocked with products, samples, and/or literature. Recording transactions and generate report. Processing customers’ payments. Understand and deepen in depth about the product or service (product knowledge) before making sales. Give advice and serve customers online using Whatsapp, Facebook or other platforms. Respond to customer problems before or after the goods are received.
