Customer Service Executive

2.**Providing product or service information**: They provide customers with accurate and detailed information about the products or services offered by the organization.
3.**Resolving customer issues**: They work to resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, providing solutions to problems and answering questions.
4.**Escalating complex issues**: If a customer issue cannot be resolved by the representative, they escalate the issue to a higher level of support or management.
5.**Maintaining customer records**: They maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions, including customer feedback and complaints.
**6.Identifying opportunities for improvement**: They analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in products or services, as well as in customer support and service processes.
7**.Collaborating with other departments**: They work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
