KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To serve cheerfully and courteously the needs of the guests in accordance with the policies and procedures.
2. To provide excellent service and pleasant experience to customers.
3. To represent high personal standards and company standards.
4. To monitor the performance of all crews.
5. To supervise all cashiering and F&B counters to ensure that proper cashiering procedures are adhered to
6. To also manage waterpark F&B stock and to replenish outlet stocks accordingly.
7. To sell our products and services in a responsible and professional ways by doing the best job for our customers and our company.
8. Ensure the cleanliness of outlet at all times.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
1. Minimum SPM holder
2. Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu.
3. Good attitude and interpersonal skills.
4. Has supervisory experience in F&B or Theme Park industry.
5. Willing to work weekends and public holidays

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
