**Position**:
The essential job duties:

- As DIOR Ambassador and role model to team members
- Responsible on all shipping and receiving functions that affect the store inventory are processed accurately by verifying purchase orders and ticketing, and auditing the validation and verification reports
- Responsible an orderly and neat stock and receiving area as well as the general maintenance of the store, merchandise, replenishment, packaging, equipment, staff uniform, etc
- Participate in all inventory, stock counts and Worldwide care service
- Oversee compliance of all associates with established Company policies, procedures, and standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, inventory management, sales and record-keeping procedures
- Train, coach, and manage boutique team in execution of operations tasks, i.e POS procedures, return procedures, alteration request, safety, and security procedures
- Monitor the accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor
- Proactive in checking all back-of-house operations are properly set-up and organized
- Support Boutique Manager to reviewing all invoices, boutique and staff’s expenses reimbursement, daily job duties, work schedule, grooming, staff timecards, leave, OT records etc
- Established effective records of the cash-in, cash-out, acco and store credit notes, etc

**Profile**:
Requirements/ Profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in retail/ fashion retail/ luxury retails
- Pleasant and presentable outlook and disposition
- Good spoken of Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Passionate with fashion and luxury retails industry
- Attention to detail, quick-minded and energetic person
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
- Computer and Microsoft utilities savvy
