Customer Service Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To handle all inbound calls relates to Water Filter complaints.
- To handle reply via Live Chat.
- To perform outbound calls in order to do satisfaction check with customer.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Listen attentively to customers' needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Other Ad-hoc duties.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field covering customer service, sales coordination, sales support.
- Must have strong business acumen, self-motivated and result oriented.
- Able to communicate with customers in English and Bahasa.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, multi-task and ability to work well in a team.
- Organized and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
