**What will you be engaged in?**
- Perform day-to-day transactions including verifying, posting, recording and maintenance of records in a timely and accurately manner in Oracle NetSuite system
- Monitor payment work-flow in queue and ensure all the payment approvals are obtained per the finance policies
- Ensure that accounts payable tasks are performed/managed in accordance with finance policies/timeline
- Ensure suppliers' invoices are processed and paid in in timely manner
- Assist in credit card management, including timely credit card payment, subscription management and receipts verification
- Attend to the enquiries/queries raised by internal and external stakeholders, in respect of accounts payable function under charge
- Perform month end closing activities according to the finance timeline
- Assist in tax and audit verification, include but not limit to compilation of invoices/receipts, attending to the queries.
- Assist in administrative duties and filing process of the Finance department.
- Perform and carry out any ad hoc tasks or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor/department head from time to time.

Apart from the regular finance and accounting tasks, you will get to participate in the continuous improvement of the company's internal controls and processes. You may also get a chance to work on special projects when the opportunity arises.

You should be hands-on with your work and be open to share your knowledge with the team.

- At least 2 years of experience in handling accounts payable function
- Graduated with at least a Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ Business-related course
- Prior experience in Google Tools and Oracle Netsuite is an advantage
- Independant, attention to detail, meticulous, able to deal with high volume

transactions without compromise to quality and dateline.
- Have impeccable work attitude and are willing to do whatever it takes to get stuff done
- A strong and proactive team member with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
