**Responsibilities**:

- Work and support with your team leader to develop and implement marketing strategies to grow this business unit.
- Able to pitch to customers and do sales closing processes.
- Build good relationship with customers and ensure fulfilment been delivered.
- Strong follow up with prospects to get the sales.
- Every week we hold events, gathering, conference and workshop for our clients, either virtually or face-to-face.
- Manage all stages of the event management.
- Provide support and work closely with speakers, trainers and coaches to ensure events are delivered to company’s standard and client’s satisfaction.
- Provide customer support for pre-event and post-event related activities.
- Responsible for achieving individual and team performance KPIs, goals and targets.
- Prepare regular reporting on activities, achievements and results to the management.

- Strong communication skills in written & spoken in **English. Mandarin **will be an added advantage

- Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years in marketing, event or related experience.
- Experience in training industry is an added advantage.
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML / CSS is a plus point.
- Must possess own transport.
- Willing to travel, work on weekends and long hours when required.
