**Human Resource Functions**
- Manage employee documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, personal files, confirmation letters, and warning letters.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, annual leave, medical leave, and unpaid leave.
- Administer confirmation of employment, salary adjustments, bonuses, and termination processes.
- Coordinate internal and external staff training programs.
- Organize employee welfare activities and internal engagement programs.

**Payroll Management**
- Prepare and process monthly payroll including statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Ensure accurate and timely salary payments to all employees.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and employee salary information.
- Manage overtime calculations, claims, allowances, and incentive payments.
- Handle payroll queries and ensure the confidentiality of employee salary information.

**Foreign Worker Management**
- Ensure all foreign workers’ documents, permits, and medical check-ups are valid and up to date.
- Maintain foreign worker records including passport copies, permit expiry dates, and accommodations arrangement.
- Assist in handling disciplinary, grievance, or welfare issues involving foreign workers.

**Administrative Functions**
- Manage office maintenance, office supplies, and stationery procurement.
- Handle official correspondence, agreements, and filing systems.
- Coordinate matters related to insurance, licenses, and company registrations.
- Arrange internal meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Manage utility payments, rental, and other office bills.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in HR, Payroll, and Administrative functions.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act 1955, Foreign Worker regulations, and HR procedures.
- Experience in payroll systems and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Self-driven, independent and self-motivated.
- Willing to work in Sabak Bernam, Selangor.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
