- Basic Salary **RM2,500 - RM4,500**:

Our client, a reputable **Property Investment and Management **Company as well as the largest room rental platform in Malaysia that is growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for a passionate **Marketing Executive** to join their team. As part of the company, you will work with their sales and marketing team to grow their market presence, embodying and communicating their mission of making room rental hassle and worry free.

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Managing and developing marketing campaigns
- Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
- Conducting promotional activities
- Handle all the advertisement in social media (FB and Tiktok etc.)
- Handle Agents' advertisements in company's property listing platform
- Generate new marketing posting by providing content, editing photo/video (when needed)
- Monitor all the advertisement to ensure them run smoothly on daily basis
- Obtain feedback from the sales team on the performance of advertisements posted

**_Additional Information/ Requirement: _**
- At least 1 year of related working experience in marketing field is required
- **However, fresh graduates with a high desire to succeed and strong work ethics are encouraged to apply**
- Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management or equivalent is required
- Able to read & write in English, Mandarin, and Malay to create multilingual marketing content
- Knowledgeable in social media and web analytics
- Solid understanding of research techniques
