Your main responsibility will be to analyze market trends, assess business performance, and develop comprehensive plans and strategies to maximize growth and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior management, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to align business objectives and ensure effective implementation of plans. Your insights and recommendations will guide key decision-making processes and help the company achieve its short-term and long-term goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field. Professional accountancy qualification (e.g. Association of Chartered Certified Accountants [ACCAJ, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants [CIMA], Certified Practicing Accountants Australia (CPA Australia], Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wale (ICAEW], Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia (ICAA), Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants [MICPA] etc.) Minimum 8 years experience Experience in Big 4 audit company preferred, with some experience in multinational company Corporate Finance Proven experience in business planning, strategic analysis, or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data. Excellent financial acumen and understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using business intelligence tools and software. Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory environment. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Job Responsibilities: Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer demands. Develop business plans, including market entry strategies, expansion plans, and revenue projections. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning. Analyze financial data and performance metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgeting plans. Monitor industry and market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to anticipate potential impacts on the business. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. Evaluate and optimize operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
