We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fiat/crypto ramp business. In this regional role, you will take charge of project management and operational activities to drive the achievement of the company's goals and objectives. You will collaborate closely with the business development and finance teams to effectively manage assigned projects and tasks

**Job Scope**

1. Daily Operation:

- Manage day in day out operation activities including monitoring revenue activities, product & services health level, tasks assignments completion, etc.

2. Project Management:

- Manage projects, monitoring project activities, project reporting, progress, performance, long and short term KPI & target.
- Conduct report and project analysis to team lead and management.

3. Create Processes:

- Design and develop new process to support operational activities and projects.
- Work closely with all departments to create inter-departmental processes to ensure the functions of the company.

4. Processes Monitoring:

- Ensure the processes are being closely monitored and follow to achieve the goals set by the company.

5. Events:

- Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of event participation and make recommendations for improvement

6. Training:

- Conduct necessary training for internal staffs or source for external training to improve the employee skills and knowledge.

7. Operation Reporting and Analysis:

- Track and analyse performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the services and products.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.

8. Stakeholder Communication:

- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
- Communicate marketing strategies and initiatives to stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years working experience, preferably in Fintech, Merchant Acquiring, Banking industry. Web3 experience in a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
