Brighttail is a growing B2B marketing agency looking for a Digital Designer (Motion Graphics) with a passion for creating spectacular motion graphics video, as well as other digital and print media designs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create a wide range of motion graphic videos for our clients, collaborate with a great team of marketers to strategize campaigns, and work on a variety of cool and creative digital/print media projects, such as digital banners (GIF/HTML), ebooks, brochures and other marketing collateral.

**Job Description**:

- Design and create motion graphics and 2D animated for video deliverables (brand video, explainer and product video, etc.), for website and social media.
- Responsible for creating storyboarding, conceptualizing, developing all graphic visuals and animating the video for our client projects
- Brainstorm new ideas for certain design and animation challenges
- Conducting research on media techniques and design ideas.
- Design and produce marketing collateral / visual communication that's in line with the company’s brand identity and guidelines including: social media postings, online banners, brochures, infographics, branding materials etc; Requirements:
- 2-3 years of working experience in similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, lllustrator, Photoshop, Animate. Other video editing software is a bonus.
- Experience in 2D animations with vector art and graphic. 3D animation experience is a bonus.
- A good sense of typography, layout, and color
- Good communication skills
- Be resilient, creative and confident, with a high developed team spirit.
- Able to work independently or with a team.
