Manage all areas of digital marketing & social media distribution. This includes scheduling & management of content and optimizing all posts for reach and engagement
- Work closely with creative team to produce engaging and appealing content which include copywriting
- Oversee, maintain and manage business pages on different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Youtube)
- Handling and managing company’s website content & e-commerce platform (Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the company’s standard)
- Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness and online reputation
- Develop concept, plan & strategies for customer loyalty program planning, execution, awareness campaign and reporting
- Assist in any other periodic marketing projects and tasks as required, including but not limited to lead capturing, customer satisfaction journey, managing/organizing/disseminating marketing collateral, etc.
- Stay up to date with viral trends, best practices and technologies

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Study, Marketing Communication, or any other related field
- Familiarity with web design and WordPress. Having HTML skills will be an advantage but not necessary
- A creative thinker with a developed understanding of the need to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- An aptitude for content creation, and the ability to decide the needs of various channels and to coordinate and execute the best possible formats for each
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms and how individuals of all ages are best engaging with content across brands
- Creative, collaborative, and highly organized in your approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
- A strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media standards and best practices, as well as recent trends
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software (experienced in ZOHO will be an advantage)
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and measuring successful digital marketing and social media campaigns

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
