Boarding Officer

**JOB SUMMARY**
- Responsible for the punctual efficient delivery of good service to customer according to company service standards assigned by superior.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To liaise with external & internal parties e.g. customs, ports and related authorities with regard to all operation system and procedure of the company.
- To follow instruction given by Executive or Manager to meet dateline and client demand.
- To entertain all inquiries and comment from clients and authorities.
- Provide EPDA to customer upon request and follow up.
- Ensure all vessel operation file is done properly and hand it to Admin Department.
- Responsible for sign on/off for crew vessel.
- Communicate immediately for any additional service requirements, product and special requests by the Captain, Owner, Charterer or Principal.
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Superior.

**REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION**
- Computer literate
- Knowledge in Shipping Industry
- Good written and spoken in English & Bahasa
- SPM/Diploma in Shipping or Business Admin.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field.
- Fresh Graduate will be considered.
