JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting performance standards and assessing risks.
- Develop and map processes with business users to document project scope (ie:
Business Requirement Document - BRD)
- Coordinate with cross-department team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
- Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
- Establish and execute an effective project communication plan.
- Facilitate and document change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Coordinate, the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and project handover process to the business users.
- Obtain user acceptance of project deliverables.
- Conduct post-project evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
- 3 (Three) or more years of project management experience

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Clear understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Professional certification such as (PMP)® or Prince® is a plus.
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
- Proven success working with all levels of management.
- Good analytical skills with proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Good interpersonal skills and resourceful.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with good presentation capabilities.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
