**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Design and Video Creation**:
1. Develop visually appealing graphics for websites, promotional materials, social media, advertisements, and other digital platforms.

2. Create layouts for print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.

3. Craft eye-catching infographics and visual narratives to convey complex information effectively.

4. Develop video content, managing the entire process from concept creation to final delivery independently.

5. Execute shooting tasks, including setting up scenes, adjusting lighting, and choosing camera angles to ensure professional-quality shots.

6. Edit videos based on project needs, handling audio, subtitles, effects, and colour corrections to produce polished final videos.

**Brand Development**:
1. Maintain and enhance brand identity through consistent graphic design practices.

2. Collaborate with marketing and brand team, other teams or clients to ensure the video content aligned with brand guidelines or project goals and made timely adjustments as needed.

**Collaboration and Communication**:
1. Work closely with peers and subsidiary’s stakeholders to understand design needs and project requirements.

2. Present design concepts and revisions clearly and effectively to team members and clients.

3. Regularly participated in creative brainstorming sessions, offering innovative ideas for shooting and editing approaches.

**Research and Stay Current**:
1. Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.

2. Conduct research and gather inspiration from a variety of sources.
Feedback and Revisions:
1. Incorporate constructive feedback from peers and stakeholders to refine designs and improve overall quality.

2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**File Management**:
1. Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including graphics, images, and templates.

2. Ensure all files are prepared for production, including colour specification and file formatting.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
